Reasons why this project is great! 1. You can work while traveling in Jeju. You will go around different villages in Jeju, directly repairing old buildings and helping with basic construction. After working for 4 hours a day, you can leisurely visit Jeju’s famous tourist spots and beautiful beaches. 2. If you like making things, it’s not hard. Touching wood and making something will be a special experience. With experts, learning woodworking skills will be easier and safer than you think. Challenge yourself to try useful woodworking techniques that can be used in everyday life. 3. You will grow based on new experiences. Learning woodworking skills in Jeju will be an opportunity for you to grow. Enjoyable experiences with experts on-site can be a stepping stone for you to move onto a different path. This is a project where we fix the village with carpenters from Jeju Island, help with basic construction, and learn carpentry skills.

Various We gain experience in making, installing, and strengthening buildings using different types of wood and tools.

• Learning about types and characteristics of wood materials.
• Learning how to use tools and practical tool experience.
• Reviewing blueprints and dimensions, and processing wood.

■ Examples of main activities.

1. Repairing buildings: Demolishing existing structures and installing support frames, reinforcing new materials.
2. Basic framework work: Checking blueprints, marking lines, assembling and securing forms.
3. Site safety management: Installing safety facilities and removing unsafe structures.
4. Cleaning and organizing the site: Clearing leftover materials, cleaning, and protecting.

The internship program is based on 4 hours of activities each day (you can choose morning or afternoon), and it can be flexible based on local conditions.
