■ Recommended Travel Destinations

1. Saryeoni Forest Road
Saryeoni Forest Road is one of Jeju's hidden gems, leading up to Saryeoni Oreum, and that's why it's called Saryeoni Forest Road. 'Saryeoni' means 'sacred forest' or 'to wrap something tightly so it doesn't come apart.' Walking on the forest road, you can fully enjoy the fresh scent of cedar. Especially, the Saryeoni Forest Road has not been greatly damaged, so it is a favorite spot for tourists who love trekking. If you look up while walking, you'll see the tall cedars reaching for the sky, providing shade, with sunlight shining through the gaps. If you want to breathe in the clear air of Jeju and heal your body and mind, be sure to visit!

2. Sancheongburi
Sancheongburi is a crater designated as Natural Monument No. 263 in Jeju Special Self-Governing Province. The term 'gumburi' means a volcanic crater. Unlike other parasitic volcanoes, it has a large crater and is like a botanical garden with various rare plants existing in one place. As you walk up the gently sloping path, you'll quickly reach the top. In particular, many tourists visit in the fall to see the silver waves of silver grass swaying in the breeze. However, it's a great place to visit in any season since different plants bloom in every season, creating new scenery.

3. Udo
Udo is called the Cow Island or Cow Island because its shape resembles a lying cow. It is a representative sub-island of Jeju with gentle slopes, rich fishing grounds, and beautiful natural conditions. Tourists who visit Udo mainly go to watch the coral reef beach that creates a white sandy beach as the hard red algae break apart, the famous Hagosu-dong Beach known for its wide white sand and blue sea, Udo Peak for panoramic views, and Geommeolle Beach. Besides the natural beauty, you can enjoy more fun activities like sea fishing, bike hiking, submarines, and cruises. However, please check the weather forecast beforehand, as ferry operations may vary depending on the weather!
