The Stay Project is for local content planners who live with youth in Gangjin and directly plan and run village festivals and community events.It is not just a program to travel or briefly experience the area. You will actually stay in Gangjin, share daily life with local youth, explore the village, and discover hidden resources and stories. You can also come up with new ideas that highlight the area's charm and potential with local creators and experience the process of making them a reality. You might plan village festivals and cultural programs or create new community activities that connect people. By sharing ideas and meeting others, you will experience the whole process of a project from planning to execution. Enjoy working on projects and collaborating with a variety of local youth, and let your long-held projects become a reality.

This is a popular tourist spot known for its wide reed fields and beautiful wetland scenery. You can enjoy the changing natural views with the seasons and take a leisurely walk along the trails in nature. Especially at sunset, the red glow in the sky offers visitors lasting memories.

2. Goryeo Celadon Museum

The Goryeo Celadon Museum is a place where you can explore the history and making process of Goryeo celadon from a thousand years ago. Through various exhibitions and experience programs, you can appreciate the beauty of traditional crafts and naturally understand the meaning behind the artisans' work. 3. Baegundongwon Garden

How to apply

01 Look at the project

- Check if there are specific participation periods or if you can join anytime according to your schedule!

02Fill out the participation application - Please express yourself comfortably and honestly without pressure.
03Pay the project fee

- After the project registration fee or full payment is confirmed, the participant's application will be sent to the local organization.

- (If needed) After paying the project fee, a Skype interview will be held with the local organization to confirm participation.

- If the local organization does not allow participation after review, 100% of the registration and participation fees will be refunded.

04Receive deposit confirmation text

- The day after the participant pays the project fee, we will check all deposits and send a confirmation text.

- If you do not receive a text the day after the deposit, please contact us! (For weekend deposits, we will check on Monday morning)

05Project participation confirmation

- It takes about 1 to 7 days for the local organization to review the application and confirm final participation.

- If you are finally accepted into the project, the person in charge will contact you separately.

06Arrival and project start

- Participants will meet with the person in charge upon arrival and have a local orientation.

- After the local orientation, participants will learn the information provided by the local organization and start the project while always paying attention to safety.

* Note that local orientations may not be held depending on the organization and can change or be reduced.

07 Submit a review after the project ends

- After the project ends, participants will submit a review, and after review, a certificate will be issued.

* Please book your transportation after getting the final confirmation of project participation and schedule.

1. Refunds due to personal reasons after the project is confirmed are not allowed.

2. Participants are considered to have agreed to the refund policy as soon as they apply for the project.

3. This project has a strict refund policy. If you cancel before the project is confirmed, you will receive a full refund of the project fee.

4. The project schedule and content may change due to local conditions (like traffic or weather) or local organization's circumstances, and may be reduced or altered if necessary.

5. This project is run by a partner organization. Therefore, the local organization is responsible for the actual operations.
