Project introduction

At a craft beer brewery located in the beautiful nature of Gangjin, you will learn the entire brewing process alongside a veteran brewmaster in a professional project.

1. Beyond theory, this is a time to face the real world of beer.

To fill a glass of beer requires much more care and sensory stories than you might think. You select the finest ingredients, think hard about the perfect blending ratio for flavor, and patiently endure long fermentation and aging times to create unique beer. This project is not an indirect experience found in books or videos. It provides a special opportunity to take control of the huge equipment of an actual commercial craft brewery and experience the entire process of planning, making, managing, and selling beer from a professional perspective. You will feel the rich aroma and hot temperature of the beer with your whole body, manage the changing fermentation state with data, and confront the real brewing world. Finally, you will be invited into the thrilling excitement and sense of achievement when the beer you designed is perfectly completed.

2. Brewing a glass with a master’s perspective: Aesthetic beyond beer.

Behind the perfect glass of beer we often overlook, there are incredibly detailed techniques, years of experience, and intense attention to detail hidden. This project offers a unique opportunity to learn directly from award-winning brewers who have proven their skills on the world stage, standing shoulder to shoulder with them. From selecting the most perfect malt to the magical timing of hops that add depth to the flavor, and the subtle changes in fermentation where microorganisms are alive, to quality control in the aging room that influences the final quality. You will breathe in and make each moment where the master breathes life into a bottle of beer your own. After this dense journey, you will experience the taste and aroma of beer you've always taken for granted in an entirely different dimension.Your perspective on beer will evolve into an artistic experience, beyond just drinking.

3. Craft beer branding: Turning the story in the glass into the market.

Creating excellent beer is not just about completing the taste, but also involves creating a unique brand that will be remembered by people. In this project, you will weave together the uniqueness contained in the original flavor, taste, and brilliant color of the beer I have completed into an organic narrative. For aspiring entrepreneurs dreaming of starting their own brewery pub or launching a craft beer brand, this course will be the most practical stepping stone to turn your imagination into a complete business plan.

4. A space where glasses collide and communication happens: The aesthetics of connection that beer creates.

Beer sometimes becomes the most perfect medium to break down barriers between people and connect hearts. The space where this project unfolds is not only the brewery where beer is produced but also a complex cultural space that enjoys complete taste.Right next to the huge brewing equipment, there is a pub where fresh beer is sold and enjoyed immediately, along with a goods shop that reflects the identity of unique brands. Here, share daily life naturally with fellow beer lovers, and taste a variety of craft beers to expand your own taste and culinary perspective. In particular, the experience of interacting closely with actual customers coming and going at the pub during the project will become the biggest asset for creators.

5. Experience a relaxed daily life that you can't feel in the city, surrounded by beautiful nature.

Gangjin has a beautiful natural environment and has long cultivated deep foods and unique brewing culture based on its rich land. The moment you step into the scenery of blue seas, endless fields, and softly rolling mountains, a relaxed and peaceful everyday life begins, which you can never feel in the city.Learning to brew craft beer in such tranquil nature is special. The process of brewing beer by adding your own thoughts on the long stories the region holds will deeply comfort your life.Time spent in Gangjin will not just be about making beer; it will forever remain in your memory as a new lifestyle where nature, people, and life are organically connected.
