This is a hands-on brewing project where you can make traditional alcohol and highballs based on your own ideas, and plan your own alcohol brand. You will experience the real work of a brewery and go through all the steps of making alcohol, from preparing the grains to fermentation, aging, and finishing. You will also plan your own brand concept and story, develop matching labels and package ideas, and complete one brand. This process will create new and special memories in your life, not just making and planning alcohol.

1. Education on Traditional Alcohol and Highball Brewing Theory

You will learn about the characteristics and manufacturing principles of various types of alcohol like makgeolli, cheongju, and highballs. You will understand the principles of fermentation and aging, and learn how each type of alcohol is made.

2. Understanding Raw Materials and Brewing Practice

You will learn about the main raw materials that make alcohol, like rice, nuruk, and yeast, and take part in the brewing process. You will practice all the steps of making alcohol while experiencing the tasks of a real brewer.

3. Developing Your Own Alcohol Recipe

You will think about what flavor and aroma your alcohol will have and plan your own product concept. You will understand the raw materials and production methods while experiencing the process of making alcohol that reflects your own personality.

4. Brand Planning and Story Development
